Refund Policy

1. Eligibility

You must be:

  • 18 years of age or older, or

  • Have legal parental/guardian consent

By booking a service or session, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Appointments, Payments & Fees

  • All fees are disclosed before booking

  • Payment is required in advance unless otherwise specified

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a service at our discretion

3. Refunds

Due to the personalized and spiritual nature of psychic services the following applies:

 

Full deposit refund:

As a customer of Power Prophet LLC and you wish to request a refund, we may issue a refund according to the following rules:

  • We do not provide a refund after you participate in a session. 

  • You must request a refund within 24 hours of your schedule appointment.

    • Numerology and Life Coaching session requests must be within 48 hours of your schedule appointment.

 

Emergencies:

You must contact reachhigher@power-prophet.com as soon as possible for a paid session. Funds will be applied to new date and time. Should request a refund due to emergency, Power Prophet LLC will retain a small fee of $20.00 for transaction costs.

If you believe that your case is different and requires personal attention, please contact reachhigher@power-prophet.com

If a technical issue occurs, please contact us promptly.

 

4. Client Responsibility

By using our services, you agree that:

  • You participate voluntarily

  • You are responsible for your own decisions and actions

  • You will not hold Power Prophet LLC or Dr. Akila Ka Ma’at (Jennifer Warren) liable for outcomes based on guidance/advice provided

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by U.S. law:

  • Power Prophet LLC, nor Dr. Akila Ka Ma’at (Jennifer Warren) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • This includes emotional, personal, or financial decisions made following a session.

6. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services such as:

  • Payment processors

  • Booking calendars

We are not responsible for third-party policies or practices.

7. Governing Law

This refund policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
